The KLIA Shopping Campaign is back! At a special "Berbuka Puasa" ceremony, Tuan Syed Salim, Head of the KLIA Shopping Steering Committee, launched this year's campaign, themed "Festivals of Malaysia". The campaign, is to be held from November 1st 2003 to January 31st 2004. It will transform KLIA into a shoppers' haven for travelers from all over the world.
"We have decided to theme this campaign Festival of Malaysia, as we would like passengers traveling through KLIA to have a real experience of Malaysia's rich multi-racial culture" said Tuan Syed.
"There will be month-long fun and entertaining activities leading up to each of the three festivals - Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, Christmas and Chinese New Year", added Tuan Syed.
